In January 2000, we opened our private college preparatory school on the IMG Academies campus to students who demonstrated an interest and/or proficiency in athletics. Students train in their sport for approximately 4.5 hours per day, five days per week for nine months. Students spend another 4.5 hours daily in classroom instruction.  This delivery system for academics permits each student to accomplish the work required for graduation and college consideration while participating in rigorous athletic training.
